Management Week

I am relief that my management week is over. I don't mean to say it is not enjoyable, I have to say it is and a great experience for me. I am a staff nurse for a week with my friend Polly. Both of us incharge of Surgical ward 6B. That is a female ward by the way. I am actually working as a staff nurse. I did it but I am not that good yet. Still need more MORE practice.

What we did was well, there will be some juniors under us. We delegate them to their cubicles. Then we do our duties such as taking patients report, give medications, injections and everything. I never knew really really need to do a lot of work. It is good, it keeps me going and my mind occupied. Time goes fast too.

At least got the experience. Haha. Monday, Tuesday and Friday morning shift (7am-2pm). Wed and Thurs noon shift (2pm-9pm)

Hm... what else. There is so much to say but to put into words I don't know how to say it. Or probably if I talk will be easier. Haha. Will be doing night shift in May. Just for 2 nights. :)
