Red Ribbon Charity Walk 2008

Finally the day that I have been waiting for has come. Quite exhausted but still have the strength to blog. Haha..

Anyways here it is..

All committees and student nurses have to be there by 4pm. Our uni provided transportation for us and also for the public. For those who are in charge of decoration today has to be there by 8am. I was in charge of registration. When we reached there it was raining heavily. We thought it will not stop. But after a while it did. Thanks to God =)

So many people came.. It was a success. Our target was 5000 forms to be sold but i think we made it almost 5000. Which is excellent. But the people that came tonight not all come lah.. They just donate. The donation will go to Rumah Wake 1. It's a house for those children who are Hiv positive. There are 3 houses. But we choose the 1st one. Because they are children..

This is the picture before we started. Haha.. the walk starts at 7.30 like that. It was after the speech.

The girl beside me is a from Myanmar. I call her San. Haha.. forgot how to spell her 1st name ><" She is so... nice and pretty.. she is also incharge of the registration.

The posters were drawn by my course mates. Well done guys =)

At night we walked for 3km. It is at Taman Midah, Cheras. We gave away pamplets about Hiv and things. Was so much fun. LoL. It was in 3 languages. So we better don't give the indian pamplet to a chinese and vice versa. LoL. Later can't deliver the message to the public.

After the walk we have a small drama. Was done by my friends. It was very funny. Great show also. After that is lucky draw.

Finally... eat. LoL.. but i was not that hungry because my stomach have 2 cups of milo. Since there got milo truck. So long did not see it liao. Since school. LoL.. usually for sports day one..

In the end I ate something la.. just a bit.. then go home lo.. Straight away bath. Can't stand..

All committee members got it. I love it very much. Hehe =)
